MARY LOU STEWART AND LYNN HILL SABBATICAL EXHIBITIONS
Sabbatical Exhibitions, an art exhibition showcasing work created by Elmhurst College art professors Mary Lou Stewart and Lynn Hill during their recent sabbaticals, will begin on Feb. 24 at the College. Stewart, who teaches painting and drawing, will display her large-scale paintings composed of organic abstract forms, along with her preparatory studies.Hill, who teaches digital imaging and photography, will show works resulting from her experiments with digital mixed media. Sabbatical Exhibitions will be on display from Monday, Feb. 24, through Saturday, March 21, in the Frick Center, Founders Lounge (190 Prospect Ave., Elmhurst, elmhurst.edu/campusmap). A reception will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 4:30 p.m. in the Founders Lounge, with artist talks at 5:00 p.m. Admission to the exhibit and reception are free and all are welcome.
