Responsibilities:

What you will do:

  • Leverage hands-on industry training to meet and exceed your sales goals
  • Own a fast-paced sales cycle from prospecting to closing through solid pipeline management
  • Act as a "road warrior," being the face of TransNational in the small business space
  • Grow face-to-face relationships with local business owners in all industries
  • Cultivate your income by generating revenue and expanding your client base
  • Gain credibility with industry knowledge and high standards of integrity and honesty

What you will earn:

  • Guaranteed base along with uncapped commissions
  • Expect to earn $55,000- $80,000 + your first year - our top performers EXCEED 100k their first year
  • W-2 employment status

Qualifications:

Who you are:

  • At least 1-3 years of sales experience (b2b preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and basic knowledge of business processes
  • Ability to influence customers using relationship skills, natural trustability, and likable personality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Coachable with a strong desire to learn
  • Competitive with a true desire to be the best
