The Roosevelt at Salt Creek is a new premier Senior Living community nestled in the heart of Elmhurst, IL. Formerly Lexington Square, the community was recently acquired by a Chicago-based real estate investment and asset management firm who will begin a multi-faceted, 25+ million dollar renovation to create a BEST IN CLASS, contemporary and elegant resort-style retirement community. Power) Residents are currently living in the community and apartments are now available in both the Independent and Assisted neighborhoods with special pricing in place. Once the renovations are completed, The Roosevelt will offer a dynamic and enriching living experience for older adults. A new Memory Care neighborhood will also be added.
