DESCRIPTION:The Elmhurst League of Women Voters held its Consolidated Municipal Election Candidate Forum at Elmhurst City Hall on February 13.  The forum included candidates running for Elmhurst City Alderman\, Elmhurst Park District Board\, and Elmhurst Unit School District 205.  Election day for these races is Tuesday\, April 5\, 2011.\n\n\n\nCitizens can view the video taken of the forum by Sunrise Communications\, Inc.\, on the League's home page at http://lwvelmhurst.org/.  Cable TV broadcasts of the video will be shown on Comcast Channel 6 and AT&T U-Verse Channel 99 during the month of March on Sundays at 7:00 pm and Fridays at 4:00 pm.\n\n\n\nIn addition\, the League sent our Voters Guide questions to candidates who agreed to participate. The responses of the participating candidates who timely submitted their written answers to the League's Voter Service Chairman also can be accessed from the League's home page. The Voters Guide will be available through Election Day.
