SUMMARY:Battle of the Bands
DESCRIPTION:The Elmhurst Park District Teen Battle of the Bands features local teen bands performing and competing throughout the evening in the Addison Parking Lot at 132 N. Addison Ave. in Downtown Elmhurst.  Bands are judged on musicality\, originality\, stage presentation and overall performance.  The winning band will battle for a chance to compete in the regional Battle of the Bands competition through the Illinois Parks and Recreation Association with the potential of advancing to the state finals on August at the Illinois State Fair.\n\n	\n\n	Bands interested in competing should fill out the application (found at the Wagner Community Center) or at www.epd.org\n\n	and return it\, along with a recording of the band by 9 p.m. Friday\, May 10 to the Wagner Community Center at 615 N.
