DESCRIPTION:The Choral-Aires Chorus celebrates 50 years as a Sweet Adelines International chorus with a show\, "Celebrate the Good Times" at 3 and 7 p.m.\, Saturday\, October 9. The shows\, held at the Prairie Center for the Arts (201 Schaumburg Court\, Schaumburg\, Ill.)\, are open to the public. Tickets cost $15 for general admission and $10 for seniors (62+) and students\, and can be purchased by contacting Julie Struck at 847.496.4245 or julieastruck@yahoo.com. \n\nMore information about the anniversary celebration can be found on the Choral-Aires? website at http://choral-aires.org. \n\nMore than 100 women from Illinois\, Indiana and Wisconsin sing tight harmonies a capella (without instrumentation) with the Choral-Aires Chorus\, the 2008 Lake Michigan Region 3 Champion with the Sweet Adelines International.
