SUMMARY:Hershey Track and Field Competition
DESCRIPTION:Ages 9-14 \n\nCome out and show off your running\, jumping\, and throwing skills for a chance to advance to the state meet in Chicago or even the national meet in Hershey\, Pennsylvania.  First and second place finishers from this competition will advance to the state meet.  Participants compete in events such as the 50\, 100\, 200 and 400 meter dash\, 800 and 1600 meter run\, the softball throw and the standing long jump.  Participants can enter three events\, either two running and one field event or two field and one running event.  What a great opportunity to have fun\, get active and it's free!  Age groups are determined by the age of the children on December 31\, 2013.
