DESCRIPTION:Fannie May and  Effigy Salon/Flight 112 are co-sponsoring a Mother-Daughter Vintage Garden Stroll\, featuring  tea length dresses\, soft ruffles and lace from the 1950s\, at Effigy Salon\, 110 West Park Avenue\, Elmhurst\, on Sunday\, May 15\, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.\n\n\n\nThe event will incorporate the decadent chocolates from Fannie May with the rich flavors and aromas from Flight 112\, prize raffles and gift bags for every attendee.  Mother-daughter photography will be available throughout the day thanks to Marzena from Picture4Ever Studio.\n\n\n\n100% of the proceeds will be donated through K.I.D.S.\, a non-for profit charity that helps kids in distressed situations\, to the charity of choice\, Lawrence Hall Youth Services\, and K.I.D.S. will turn every dollar raised into a $10 donation.\n\n\n\n"Growing up here in Chicago I know what it is like to live in the foster home system\," said Elizabeth Kleist of Fannie May.  "Formally a Lawrence Hall Youth Service child\, I grew up knowing the values of a great home. I have always wanted to give back\, and this is my chance."
