There will be stations set up\, each station having a specific posture meant to clear any blockages present in our 7 main Chakras\, as well as a Young Living essential oil that will also aid in this clearing. Once we've spent our time in one pose\, we'll slowly crawl to the next station which will offer a different pose aligned to a different Chakra. This restorative circuit adds a refreshing and creative twist to our normal restorative practice\, but will leave you feeling just as wonderful\, if not more.
