First Course: Fresh\, steamed mussels in a white wine and garlic sauce - Paired with La Cana Albarino    Second Course: Smoked duck\, medjool dates\, crumbled manchego - Paired with Tres Picos Garnacha    Third Course: Roasted chicken seasoned with garlic and parsley\, served over saffron rice - Paired with Altos de Luzon Monastrell    Fourth Course: Flash-fried manchego cheese with fresh lemon wedge - Paired with Volver Tempranillo    Fifth Course: Cream cheese flan with fresh raspberries - Paired with Jorge Ordonez Moscatel dessert wine Flight 112 Wine House focuses on wines that are organic/bio-dynamic\, and we offer a small plates menu with items that are organic and locally sourced.
