This Health Fair has free admission. Free medical services and screenings! Available at the heath fair: Children’s Immunizations, School Physicals, Lead Screening, Anemia Screening, Developmental Screening, Blood Pressure Check, Diabetes Screening and Vision Screening. There will be free refreshments, free giveaways, free moonwalk and children’s games. A variety of information will be available, such as: smoking cessation, healthy diet, domestic violence victim services, parenting classes, fire safety, pregnancy resources and much more!
