Join us at our next monthly Alzheimer's support group and: Exchange stories with people going through a similar experience, Ask questions and share concerns in a safe setting, Learn possible solutions to challenging circumstance, Receive information about available resources. The support group will be led by Natalie McFarland, RN, BSN Terra Vista's Alzheimer's expert & certified dementia care trainer.
