Dementia Caregiver Support Group Meeting
Join us at our next monthly Alzheimer's support group and:
- Exchange stories with people going through a similar experience
- Ask questions and share concerns in a safe setting
- Learn possible solutions to challenging circumstance
- Receive information about available resources
The support group will be led by Natalie McFarland, RN, BSN Terra Vista's Alzheimer's expert & certified dementia care educator.
