Observe International Museum Day with Elmhurst?s four Museums on Sunday, May 16 from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. Enjoy FREE activities, admission, and a trolley ride to each museum in celebration of the important role museums play in the community. All ages welcome.

Elmhurst Art Museum: Tour the exhibitions, The Search for Form and Mary Burke: Living Matters, then make an abstract self-portrait using patterned paper, fabric, found objects, pastels, and colored pencils. www.elmhurstartmuseum.org
Elmhurst Historical Museum: Tour the exhibit, Dwellings: a Study in Residential Architecture, and see a magic-themed video presentation. Enjoy a family craft activity and complementary refreshments. www.elmhursthistory.org
Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary Art:View the Rock Café featuring three balanced meals made of stone. Children and adults can create a pet rock to take home. www.lizzadromuseum.org
