Keep your kids active and healthy this winter break. Our 4-day camp, designed by former Immaculate Conception Grade School P.E. Teacher Tom Sroka, is for kids ages 5-13. Coach Tom and Coach Brendan will be instructing kids through drills designed to improve overall fitness, but will also carry over to all sports and activities. The focus of the camp is to make fitness fun, while still improving core athletic abilities, including:

• Speed
• Coordination
• Balance
• Agility
• Stamina

Tom Sroka is a former ICGS P.E. teacher and the owner and Head Weightlifting Coach at Big Shoulders CrossFit. Tom studied Physical Education and Health Education at Aurora University. His background as a teacher, football and track & field coach, and professional weightlifter makes him the perfect combination to help kids improve their athletic abilities while having fun.

Brendan Ziegler is the Head CrossFit Coach at Big Shoulders CrossFit. As one of the area's top general fitness coaches, Brendan knows how to craft a strong foundation that improves speed, coordination, strength and balance. As a youth athlete and former after-school camp coach, Brendan knows how to encourage fun and fitness while improving kids' self-esteem and confidence.
