As part of our Professional Speakers Series, Russell J. Chadwick, PG, Director of Environmental Assessments at Mostardi-Platt, will present a 60-minute seminar on "Hidden Environmental Issues at Your Property," as they relate to buying and selling property.

Chadwick has more than 30 years of experience as a geologist in the environmental consulting field, with extensive experience resolving a wide variety of environmental matters, including petroleum spills; leaks associated with underground storage tanks; Resource Conservation and Recoverty Act (RCRA) spills; and propertied undergoing closure via State Voluntary Programs.

Chadwick also provides consulting support associated with mergers and acquisitions, and as an environmental expert in legal cases.  He has extensive experience in investigation and remediation of contaminated media (soil, soil vapor and groundwater).
