There are approximately 80,000 bungalows ? representing one-third of Chicago?s single-family housing stock ? that create a veritable belt around the city center. Faith Foley, Assistant Director of the HCBA will provide information on the history of the Chicago bungalow and the role of the Historic Chicago Bungalow Association in preserving this unique, vernacular housing type. Part of the ongoing Tea Time Talk adult series of programs with refreshments served immediately following in the Glos Mansion.
