Blood supplies are always low during holiday periods which is why the Knights of Columbus Council #1911 will open it’s hall (near corner of Valette and York St) to LifeSource for a TWO DAY blood drive Saturday, Dec 27 and Sun Dec 28 from 8 AM to 2 PM.    
Some quick facts:

• Every donation helps 3 persons in need of blood. 
• 38% of the US population is eligible to donate but only 10% do on a regular basis.
• Each year, 4.5 million Americans would die without lifesaving blood transfusions.
