Train your mind and enhance your leadership skills through mindful leadership. Mindful leadership is not a new concept, but is one that, until recent years, has not been widely utilized or seen as something more than a fad approach to leadership. Mindful leadership is about recognizing that leadership is in service to others and grows through developing a holistic and focused view of business, the community, the team, and self. The Leadership Forum will be led by Terri Mayes, who will share examples of mindful leadership and how to encourage it throughout your organization, as opposed to traditional management.
