Marshall's Miracle Continues at the York Theatre
ELMHURST, IL - A special premiere of the family film "Marshall's Miracle" was presented last week at Classic Cinemas’ York Theatre and will be held over for another week, based on popular demand. The miraculous film based on the book Marshall the Miracle Dog, written by Marshall’s owner Cyndi Willenbrock, was rated the #1 attended movie of the week at the York Theatre.
“Marshall’s Miracle” (G/90 min) tells a story about a dog with a greater purpose to serve following his rescue from an animal hoarder who kept him with other dogs in life-threatening conditions. Marshall was rushed to a hospital and survived after almost dying three times. Now as a three-legged, scar-faced, but loveable dog, Marshall is on a mission to carry his anti-bullying messages and promote kindness.
“The showing last week was nothing short of a movie miracle,” said Mark Mazirmas, Marketing Manager at Classic Cinemas. A small film with no distributer or form of outreach, such as “Marshall’s Miracle” has found an audience here at the York Theatre. We are happily surprised with the audience’s support of the film and are glad to be giving them the opportunity to see the film for a second week.”
The movie will be shown at the York Theatre at 1 PM, 3 PM, 5 PM and 7:00 PM through September 10, 2015.
