DuPage County Recorder Fred Bucholz hosts an open house dedicated to Active & Veteran Military Personnel.  The Recorder's Honor Rewards program is a free reward program which currently provides community discounts at more than 150 participating area businesses.  Military Personnel & Local Business can subscribe free of charge to Honor Rewards, enjoy complimentary refreshments and learn about what the program provides.  Veterans can bring in their discharge papers (DD-214) to be recorded at no charge.
