You are able to adjust the sound of your music and instructor – outdoors, surrounded by the beautiful gardens at The Morton Arboretum.

Bring your kids for Family Flow Yoga and/or enjoy a Sound Meditation Class led by Sean Richards. Try out Slack Lines, Acro yoga, and Aerial yoga. All levels welcome!
