The key to finding your handstand lies in building a strong core, body awareness and stacking your joints. We'll do warm-up drills, shoulder openers, and wrist strengtheners. You'll learn a variety of Handstand entry techniques, use of props, and drills you can do with a partner. The goal of it is to get you some freestanding "hand time" so you can practice floating up in your yoga practice.
