"Red" Angry Bird To Make Memorial Day Weekend Appearances

Meet "Red the Angry Bird" at selected Classic Cinemas over the Memorial Day weekend.  Sony Pictures official Red costume character will appear at the York, Elk Grove, Fox Lake, Cinema 12 and Charlestowne 18 Theatres on Thursday, May 26 through Monday, May 30, 2016, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  He'll visit birthday parties and pose for pictures so be sure to bring your cameras. Red will make the following appearances from 11:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at these locations:

- Thursday, May 26 - York Theatre, 150 North York St. in Elmhurst.
- Friday, May 27  - Elk Grove Theatre, 1050 Arlington Heights Road in  Elk Grove Village
- Saturday, May 28 - Fox Lake Theatre, 115 Town Centre Lane in  Fox Lake
- Sunday, May 29 - Cinema 12 Theatre, 100 LW Besinger Drive in Carpentersville 
- Monday, May 30 - Charlestowne 18, 3740 East Main Street in   St. Charles.

The Angry Birds Movie opens May 19 and features flightless birds, who lead a mostly happy existence, except for Red, who just can't get past the daily annoyances of life. His temperament leads him to anger management class, where he meets fellow misfits Chuck and Bomb.
