As the latest speaker in the acclaimed Roland Quest Lecture Series at Elmhurst College, Armstrong will discuss Seinfeld, its legacy, and how the show became a cultural sensation that changed television and made its way into the real world. Armstrong is the TV columnist for BBC Culture and a former writer for Entertainment Weekly. She also has written a cultural history of The Mary Tyler Moore Show and is working on a book about the hit HBO series Sex and the City.
