In The New York Times bestseller Seinfeldia, TV historian and entertainment writer Jennifer Keishin Armstrong celebrates the creators and fans of the American television phenomenon Seinfeld, going behind the scenes to deconstruct the groundbreaking creation of comedians Larry David and Jerry Seinfeld. As the latest speaker in the acclaimed Roland Quest Lecture Series at Elmhurst College, Armstrong will discuss Seinfeld, its legacy, and how the show became a cultural sensation that changed television and made its way into the real world. Armstrong is the TV columnist for BBC Culture and a former writer for Entertainment Weekly. She also has written a cultural history of The Mary Tyler Moore Show and is working on a book about the hit HBO series Sex and the City.
