On a cold, windy December day in 1903, Orville Wright piloted the first successful flight at Kitty Hawk, NC. In 2003, local adventurer Mark Miller and a team of flight enthusiasts commemorated the100th anniversary of the first flight by embarking on their own adventure: to create a historically accurate model of the Wright Brothers? plane. Miller will share photos, video and anecdotes to explain what he learned from the innovation of the Wrights. Tea Time Talk is a monthly adult program of lectures, performances and exhibit tours. Refreshments served immediately following in the Glos Mansion, lower level. Free admission -- donations appreciated. Elmhurst Historical Museum, 120 E.
