- Where is data stored for QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks desktop software.  
- What is involved in converting from your current QB platform to QuickBooks Online - QBO.  
- How secure is my data with each program?  
- How can my Bookkeeper/Accountant access the data?  
- Discuss update policy of on desktop vs. On line versions. 
- What do I do next?
