Beyond the Classroom is the executive function and lifelong skills program that empowers students in grades 6-9 to build the habits, practices, and mindsets to become confident self-leaders for success inside the classroom…and in life beyond.

We offer an Immersive 12-Week Small Group Coaching programs that helps students in the Western Suburbs to develop the skills they need to reach their full potential. We also offer various workshops, webinars, and other resources to help students and parents alike learn how to build critical self-management skills.

As experts in learning & development, we translate our decades of corporate leadership and training experience into the daily habits, practices, and mindsets that students need to learn to work SMARTER, not longer.
