John Noldan is a mortgage professional with 16 years of experience in the industry. While he graduated from Benedictine University with a degree in political science, he found his calling when he entered finance and the mortgage business. He enjoys helping people navigate important financial decisions and loves helping them achieve the dream of home ownership. Throughout his years of experience, John has made a name for himself as one of the best in the industry. In 2015, he climbed the ranks to reach #36 in Mortgage Executive’s list. In 2016 alone, Noldan closed over $167 million, 72 percent of which was home purchase business, he was #31 in Top Purchase Volume in Scotsman Guide. John has been a member of the President’s Club at Guaranteed Rate for the past 7 years and joined the ranks of the prestigious Chairman’s Circle in 2015 & 2016.
