John Noldan is an accomplished mortgage professional with more than 24 years of experience in the finance and lending industry. A graduate of Benedictine University, John found his passion in helping individuals and families navigate complex financial decisions and achieve homeownership. A recognized industry leader, he was the first loan officer at Rate to operate from a standalone office and has consistently ranked among the nation’s top producers. John has been voted “Best in the Business” by the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association, is licensed in nearly all 50 states, and has averaged over $100 million in annual loan volume for the past seven years. Since 2015, he has ranked in the Top 50 of Scotsman Guide’s Top Purchase Volume and has been a member of Rate’s President’s Club for 15 years and Chairman’s Circle since 2015. Born and raised in Elmhurst, John is deeply committed to his community, supporting local schools, charities, and organizations.
