Many of our products are used in drinking water systems making it imperative for us to be cognizant of consumer safety in all of material selections, especially with consideration to lead-free materials. We pride ourselves in the design of energy-savings valves that reduce pumping costs and in turn reduce the carbon footprint. Similarly, our factories take energy savings and the environment to heart in implementing new processes. The Company and individual employees actively participate in many organizations and associations that support safe and environmentally sound products and systems to protect the public. Our employees are part owners of the Company through an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) and therefore have a stake in the success of these programs.
