Elmhurst Public Library offers a slew of business and investing resources that are available 24/7 from their website with an Elmhurst Library car.  For this session, we will focus on DemographicsNOW:  Business & People.  This demographics tool leverages multiple data sources to help users assess business viability, create sales leaders and/or marketing mailing list, analyze trends in a given population, and find potential sponsors and donors to grow a nonprofit.  The data sources include consumer expenditures, retail spending, census date and MOSAIC lifestyle market segmentation classifications.  With DemographicsNOW,users can create detailed reports and maps to help them access the knowledge they need to make informed business decisions.
