A free electronics recycling event will be held in the parking lot at First Congregational United Church of Christ at 235 South Kenilworth in Elmhurst.  Items accepted will include computers, monitors, fax machines, microwaves, printers, radios, rechargeable batteries, small appliances (coffee makers, curling irons, hair dryers, toasters, etc.) toner cartridges, tv's and dvd's, vcr's, vacuum cleaners, pda's, and cell phones. 

Not accepted will be air conditioners, dehumidifiers, refrigerators, and smoke detectors.
