Our recreational gymnastics classes incorporate the earliest aspects of physical fitness, motor development, hand eye coordination, strength, and flexibility. The focus is teaching spatial awareness, socialization and gymnastics skills. As the child grows, the focus moves on to skill development in a fun and safe atmosphere. Participants are to wear clothing that allows for movement, hair must be tied back, no socks - barefoot is best! Spring gymnastic programs start April 1st.
