As part of our Professional Speaker Seminar Series, Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce members will be presenting a one-hour seminar on their products/services.

Dave McCaffrey of Predictive Assets will be our featured speaker, presenting "Make EVERY Hire Count!".

“Predictive Assets can help every chamber member, large and small, make EVERY hire count.  To succeed, a company has to have the right people in the right job so when the unique fit between talent and need is attained, virtually every hire WILL count.  The discussion will focus on how to hire the person with the right attitude; the right learning skills;  the right behavioural traits and the right interests in the job.  EVERY hire CAN and WILL count if they have the right information to make an intelligent hiring decision”.
