"Making History Through Leadership"
The Elmhurst Heritage Foundation invites the community of Elmhurst to celebrate the 40-year career of retiring Elmhurst City Manager Tom Borchert at a tribute dinner on Friday, May 13, 2011. "Making History Through Leadership" honors Mr.Borchert's legacy of service to the City of Elmhrust, and the entire Elmhurst community is invited to join in the celebration.
