Pre/Postnatal Fitness
Ages 16 and older
The goal of this prenatal/postnatal exercise class is to make moms fit before, during and after baby! Benefits include improved level of physical conditioning creating strength, flexibility and stamina during the pregnancy term, labor and delivery and the postnatal recovery period. Classes will include yoga, low impact, sculpting and ball exercise.
