In this workshop the instructor will lead you through a Chakra specific restorative/yin sequence that will leave you feeling calm, connected, and deeply relaxed. There will be stations set up, each station having a specific posture meant to clear any blockages present in our 7 main Chakras, as well as a Young Living essential oil that will also aid in this clearing. Once we've spent our time in one pose, we'll slowly crawl to the next station which will offer a different pose aligned to a different Chakra. This restorative circuit adds a refreshing and creative twist to our normal restorative practice, but will leave you feeling just as wonderful, if not more.
