Spotlight Youth Theater's "OLIVER!"

One of Charles Dickens? classic tales comes alive onstage in a vibrant and exciting way through this award-winning musical. Amidst the backdrop of a dingy and dark orphanage, Oliver proffers his bowl and asks for more food. This simple act leads to him being sold and catapulted into an incredible adventure that introduces him to the kind warmth of strangers, as well as puts him on the brink of danger. Through a series of events, he ends up meeting The Artful Dodger?who invites him to consider himself at home?and is introduced by Dodger to a pickpocket named Fagin. After seeing both the cruelties and beauty of life, Oliver eventually finds a family and discovers what it means to truly be home.
