Tea Time Talk: 100 Years as a City
Elmhurst City Manager Tom Borchert will explore how Elmhurst has evolved as a city over the last 100 years, and the differences between the city and village forms of government. Mr. Borchert will discuss some of the challenges and interesting stories that have occurred during his career in municipal government. Adult program with refreshments served immediately following in the Glos Mansion's lower level.
